She was predeceased by: her mother Vera Johnston; her husband Ernie Tuck; her daughter Sandra; her siblings, Gerry Johnston (Gwen) and Doreen (Bruce Kemp); and her great grandchild Charlie Leitis.
She is survived by: her father Wilfred Johnston; her children, Dennis (Elizabeth), Dale (Dianne), Tim (Lisa) and Patrick (Erin); her grandchildren, Joseph (Zeynep), Philip (Jennifer), Dani (Ivars Leitis), Adam (Jana), Jessica, Jonah (Charlotte), Olivia and Drew; and her great grandchildren, Leyla, Bennett, Georgia, Riley, Brooklyn, Tenley, Emmy, Lea, Evie, Harlow and Isabella.
As expressions of sympathy, donations to St. Peter's Residence at Chedoke in Hamilton, the Heart & Stroke Foundation, the Canadian Cancer Society, the Canadian Diabetes Association, or MitoCanada would be appreciated by the family, in lieu of flowers.
