Joan Baker Obituary

We are sad to announce that on February 29, 2020, at the age of 87, Joan Baker (Belleville, Ontario) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanley MacKay and Nina MacKay; and her siblings, Velma Watt, Ena Armes, Donald MacKay and Jim MacKay.

She is survived by: her spouse J. Royden Baker; her children, Beth Baker of Woodstock, Shelley Upton (Ken) of Kitchener and Kirk (Louise) of Roslin; her grandchildren, Laura Gawne, Jordan Upton, Sara Forder and Nathan Baker; and her siblings, Helen Reid of Woodstock, Mary Carpenter, Elizabeth MacKay of Ingersol and Murray MacKay of Embro. She is also survived by her many nieces and nephews.

If desired, donations to the Parkinson Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
