He was predeceased by: his sister Sylvia MacDonald (late Ed); and his parents, James Young and Isabel Young (Carscallen). He is survived by: his wife Sharon Young (Dillon); his sons, Steven Young (Teresa MacIntyre) and Scott Young (Lindsay Wagner); his grandchildren, Tyler, Ashley, Aubrey and Rory; and his sister Lynda Youmans (late Dennis). He is also survived by his nieces, nephews.
