He was predeceased by: his parents, Dennis Kellar and Elizabeth Kellar; his son Donald; and his sister Hazel. He is survived by: his wife Catherine Jean Kellar; his children, Harvey Jr. (Cheryl), Angel (Charles) and Robert (Nicole) of Kelowna, B. C.; and his siblings, Ted (Estelle), Irvine (Debbie), Charlotte (late Russell), Jennifer and John. He is also survived by many grandchildren, nieces, nephews, extended family, and many friends.
