He was predeceased by: his parents, Doris Freake (Rideout) and Herbert Freake; his siblings, Jeanette, Judy and Bruce; and his grandfathers, Papa-Bob, Caleb, Liam, Kiarra, Gracelynn, Brooklynn and Ashlynn.
He is survived by: his wife Cindy Leonard; his son Jesse Ray Leonard (Danielle); his stepchildren, Robyn Adams (Jeremy), Chris Maisonneuve (Kayla) and David Leonard; his siblings, Bill (Pearl), Jim (Kathy), Alice (Chris), Sandra, Gaylia, Marilyn, Nettie (Gerry), Grace (Derek), Karen and Craig (Judy); and his pet Saidy.
