He is survived by: his wife Karen Forsyth; and his children, Tony Forsyth (Sara), Lucas Forsyth, Steffanie Kamalinia (Aden), Angela O'Connell (Tristan), Shannon Thaeter (Ashley) and Ashley Vanner (Justin).
