He was predeceased by: his parents, John Dafoe and Velma Dafoe; and his sister Terri Dafoe. He is survived by: his close friend Marie Wilson; his brother Mark Dafoe (Brenda Brohm); and his cousins, Ken (Marg), Shawn (Michelle), Kevin, Mitchell, Shawna and Stewart.
