Frans was predeceased by: wife Willy Stokmans; son Frank Jr.; and great grandchild Ivalise Acey. Frans is survived by: children, Lucy Acey (Tim), Willi Zaback (Al) and John Stokmans (Kelly); grandchildren, Samuel (Haidet), Philip, Rachel (Jeremiah), Sonya, Ryan (Hannah), Nathan (Karolyn), Josh (Jenna), Kristi (Iain) and Serena; and great grandchildren, Owen, Freya, Ezio, Elijah, Isaac, Ruby, Riley and Josiah.
