It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elva Bernice White (Belleville, Ontario), who passed away on January 21, 2023, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her children, Wanda Shangraw May and Gregory Till; her stepson Harry White; and her husbands, Oakley Shangraw and Thomas Till.

She is survived by: her sons, Wayne Shangraw (Lynn) of Foxboro and Keith Shangraw (Barbara) of Northbrook; and her stepchildren, Gerald White (Sheila) of Bancroft, Fred White (Kim) of Picton and Mavis White Alkenbrack of Courtenay, BC. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
