He was predeceased by: his wife Kathleen Brummel; his son Douglas "Rick" Oliphant; and his sister Betty Oliphant. He is survived by: his child Kathy Bennett; his sibling William Oliphant; his grandchildren, Dale, Tyler and Tammy; and his stepgrandchildren, Steve, Mark, David, Robert and Doris.
