It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Douglas Wayne McKay (Belleville, Ontario), who passed away on April 12, 2025, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Ross McKay and Gertrude McKay; his wife Elaine; his daughters, Brenda, Mary (Jason) and Jennifer; his stepdaughter Carrie; his pet Chloe; his grandchildren, Alicia, Dylan, Josh, Grant, Cole, Nate, Ava, Bryson and Emalyn; his great grandchild Piper; and his siblings, Cheryl, Bob (Cora) and Cathy.

He is survived by: his siblings, Steve and Debbie.

If desired, memorial donations to the COPD Foundation and/or the Humane Society of Hastings and Prince Edward would be greatly appreciated by the family.
