He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Jeanette; his son Alex; his daughter-in-law Emilie; his daughter Erin; his son-in-law Theo; his grandsons, Nicholas, Evan, Cédric and Maxime; his parents, Ruth Denike and Harold Denike; and his sisters, Eudora (Jack) and Margaret (Randy).
A funeral service will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Burke Funeral Home (150 Church St, Belleville, ON K8N3B9). A reception will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 4:00 PM at the same location.
As expressions of sympathy, donations to Hospice Quinte in Doug's memory would be appreciated by the family.
