He was predeceased by: his parent Garnet Hugh Fraser; and his brother Garnet. He is survived by: his children, Deborah Fraser (Michael Cloutier) of St. Jean, Quebec Fraser, Lance Fraser (Katherine Reed) of Toronto and Anne Newman of Frankford; and his siblings, Karen Fraser and Jack Fraser (Brenda) of Cornwall.
