He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Lucas and Mary Lucas; his sister Janice McLaren (Glen); and his brother-in-law Rick Goulah (Rose). He is survived by: his wife Darlene; his siblings, Judy Jones (late Bob), Mary Ellen, Karen Hayes (Calvin) and Herman (Sunday); and his siblings-in-law, Dennis Goulah (Katherine), Mary Rose, Sharilyn Benson (Bob) and Sue Scanlan (Jim).
