He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Gauthier and Irene Gauthier. He is survived by: his spouse Mel Gauthier of Belleville; his children, Nicole Simpson (Jason) of Belleville, Dan Gauthier (Alicia) of Barrie and Tim Gauthier (Mary) of Amherstview; his grandchildren, Jack, Tom Simpson, Lauren, Will Gauthier, Emma and Sophie Gauthier; his sisters, Phyllis Gauthier of Belleville and Marion Hunt (late Robert) of Belleville; and his caregivers, Paramed and Dr. David Ademidun. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews as well as extended family.
