He is survived by: his wife Lori Smith; his children, Holly James and Arthur Lewis (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Lakelin and Tallon; his mother Theresa Smith; his siblings, Clem (Darlene), Patrick and Heather (late Bryan); his parents-in-law, Douglas and Catherine Genereaux; and his sister-in-law Brenda Jordan (Tim). He is also survived by his many family members and friends.
