He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Foley and Helen Foley; and his siblings, Dorothy McFadden and Delbert. He is survived by: his spouse Shirley Foley; his adoptive daughter Cheryl Tugnette; his godchildren, Erica, Cheryl-Lee, Diana and Tina; his sister Marlene Goodfellow (Wayne); his sister-in-law Shirley Foley (late Ray); his niece Julie; and his nephew Troy.
