She was predeceased by: her parents, Norman Walt and Lena Walt; and her husband Ralph Parks. She is survived by: her daughters, Janice Greatrix (Ray) and Jennifer Wannamaker (Kevin); her granddaughter Krista Austin (Kyle); and her great grandchildren, Myah and Deakon.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 5th 2024 from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM and at 12:00 PM at the Emmanuel United Church (458 Ashley St, Foxboro, ON K0K2B0).
