He was predeceased by: his son Robert Jr.; his parents, Donald Grant and Annie Grant; his parents-in-law, Adrian and Julia Renaud; and his siblings, Charles, Minnie (Jack), Duncan (Theresa), Donald, Fred (Margaret), Gilbert (Pauline), Betsy (Bernard), Jake (Carmen), Lawrence and Mary.
He is survived by: his daughters, Holly Grant and Hope Girard (Kevin); his grandchildren, Lauren Girard and Grant Poulton; his brother Ken (Wally); and his siblings-in-law, Carol Schrank, Doug Renaud, Paul Renaud (Marlene), James Renaud and Peter Renaud.
