It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jean Poisson (Belle River, Ontario), who passed away on February 6, 2025, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Jean Poisson to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her son Peter Tallent; and her sister Joan Lauzon. She is survived by: her husband Donald Poisson; her children, Patricia Poisson, Pamela Anhorn (Raymond), Paul Poisson, Paulette LaRosa (late Frank) and Preston Poisson; her grandchildren, Sharday, Shaelyn, Kristofer, Tyler, Gabriel, Damien, Felicia, Franco, Vinni, Jakob, GGma, Noah, Madison, Atlas and Typhon; and her sister Kathy Peltier. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, family and friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM, from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Thursday, February 13th 2025 at 10:00 AM. A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Melady Funeral Home (572 Notre Dame St, Belle River, ON N0R1A0).
