George Diesbourg Obituary
We are sad to announce that on October 23, 2024, at the age of 92, George Diesbourg (Belle River, Ontario) passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of George Diesbourg to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his wife Madeline Diesbourg; and his siblings, Bill, Elie, Peter, Frank, Mae and Minnie.
He is survived by: his daughters, Joanne Diesbourg, Patricia Sylvester (Don) and Deborah Goodyear; his grandchildren, Eric Sylvester (Esther), Matthew Sylvester (Danielle), Rose Stancek (Matthew), Jason Goodyear (Nicole), Kristopher Goodyear (Karen) and Trista Vermast (Josh); and his brother John Diesbourg. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, family and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 25th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM, from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Saturday, October 26th 2024 at 10:30 AM. A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, October 26th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. John the Evangelist Church (1688 Essex County Rd 46, South Woodslee, ON N0R1V0).
In kindness, memorial donations to the Canadian Lung Association would be appreciated by the family.
