He is survived by: his wife Janice; his children, Nikki Fields (Adam Leonard), Kelly Bialkowski and Joey Bialkowski; his siblings, Debbie McLaughlin (late John), Paula Bushey (Brad) and Greg Fields; and his friend Lexi. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
