He was predeceased by: his parents, Gloria and Russell. He is survived by: his children, Richard "Rick" Toulouse (Christine) and Christine Martin (Jason); his grandchildren, Tasha (Josh), Nathan, Olivia (Izaya), Easton, Violet and Maggie; his great grandchild Lydia; his sisters, Marguerite Chauvin (late Bill) and Marina Pepper (late Fred); and also Sandy Toulouse. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
