He was predeceased by: his parents, Isaac Nixon and Della Nixon. He is survived by: his wife Sheila Nixon; his children, Calvin Nixon, Linda Knight of Waterloo, Glen, Karen Nixon of Conestogo Lake, Marjorie, Dan McBurney of Belgrave, Steven, Patti Nixon of Benmiller, Randy and Kim Nixon of Egmondville; his siblings, Carman (Wilma Nixon), Ralph (Corrie Nixon), Wayne (Janet Nixon) and Delbert Nixon (Carol Ducharme); and his siblings-in-law, Greta, Ross Heinmiller of Kitchener, Barbara McDonald and Jack Bridge of Goderich.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations to the Belgrave Community Centre or a charity of choice would be appreciated.
