She is survived by: her spouse Hazen; her children, Richard Patricia (Debbie) and Jonathan (Erin); her grandchildren, Aleia, Shayla and Melissa; her great grandchildren, Carson, Val and Owen; her siblings, Mary, Mick, Keith, Frank and Grace; her son Keith (Susan); and also Brittany.
