She was predeceased by: her parents, Douglas Sigsworth Galbraith and Allison Jessie Galbraith; and her sister Jennifer Chapman. She is survived by: her husband Richard Joseph Polischuik; her children, Lynne Jessica Polischuik, Ashley Dawn Polischuik (Glenn) and Laura Allison Polischuik (David); her siblings, Lynne Duguid (John), Kent Galbraith (Kathy), Scott Galbraith (Linda), Susan Kimberly Galbraith, Cameron Galbraith and Jeff Galbraith (Debby); her great-nephew Murray (Michelle); her adoptive daughters, Heather Bennett, Heather Leishman and Brandi Bergman; her grandson William (Guardian Angel); and also, Nicholas (Melanie), Benjamin (Emma), Kally (Paul), Kim, Terry, Paige, Scott (Aeda), Ryan, Connor and Karah.
As many of you know, Lee loved flowers of any kind, and flowers are greatly appreciated in her honour, but in lieu of flowers, should you chose, contributions can be made to the Ontario SPCA as she loved her dogs.
