She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Steve and Valerie Hayward. She is survived by: her parents, Lori and Jeff; her sister Cassandra; her pets, Mimi and Daphne; and her grandparents, Roy and RuthAnn Shuker. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
