With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Merrie Dawn Wierts of Beamsville, Ontario, born in Chatham, Ontario, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 13, 2024 at the age of 59. She was predeceased by: her sisters, Julie (Frank Pullen), Susan (Mike Demeyre) and Daphne Van Biesbrouck (Bosco Bertrand); and her parents-in-law, Helen and Gerry Wierts.
She is survived by: her husband Mike; her children, Colin (Alana Attema) and Sarah; her siblings, Barry (Sandy Van Biesbrouck), Lee (Jill Van Biesbrouck), Laurie (Larry Callow) and Janette (Michael Higgins); and her siblings-in-law, Gary, Lois Wierts, Cynthia, Bert Nauta, Marietta, Dave Redding, Anita and Bob Stevenson. She is also survived by her many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews and they.
Visitation was held on Saturday, October 19th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Tallman Funeral Homes (3277 King St, Vineland, ON L0R2C0).
