She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Ralph Perry and Joyce Perry (Dale); her siblings, Stephen, Mark, Ruth and Donna; and her close friend Eileen Schmidt.
In lieu of flowers/gifts a donation could be made to Community Care We would also like to thank all the doctors, nurses, and staff at Juravinski for the excellent care they provided over the years, as well as the support groups, and the wonderful staff at McNally House.
