She was predeceased by: her spouse Rene Dumoulin; her grandson Travis Dumoulin; and her son-in-law Richard Suffel. She is survived by: her children, Debbie (Rick), Rene (Linda), Joan (Doug), John (Rhonda), Patrick (Nancy) and Allan (Dawn). She is also survived by her many nieces and nephews.
Donations in Velma's memory may be made to the Winchester District Hospital.
