She was predeceased by: her husband Walter Butt; her parents, Edward Diamond and Doris Diamond; and her sister Norma Williams (Herb). She is survived by: her children, Kerry Butt (Kareena) and Valetta Hudson (Kerry); her grandchildren, Tyler Butt (Matthew Letto), Jeremy Butt (Pau Vega), Nadine Hudson (Trevor Pence), Brandan Hudson (Randilynne Urslak) and Morgan Hudson (Julian Hymes); her pet Rex; her siblings, Ted Diamond (Lynn) and Betty Sullivan (Kevin); and her sister-in-law Ursula King (late Freeman). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
