She was predeceased by: her husband Cecil Charles Dusharme; her son Lyle Dusharme; and her siblings, Vi Gibson, Eva Drury and Herbert Howden.

She is survived by: her children, Carol Busschaert (late Frank), Gary Dusharme (Kelly) and Angela Bruce (Joseph); and her grandchildren, Jeffrey (Tracy), Jason (Marcia), Dawn (Brett), Amanda, Jessica, Joseph, Jacob, Alicia and Josh. She is also survived by her 11 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
