He was predeceased by: his mother Elda Burch; and his siblings, Terry and Sharon. He is survived by: his wife Karen; his children, Wayne Thompson (Melissa), Alissa Moore (Robin), Carlie Blondin (Tom) and Tyson Burch; his grandchildren, Tristan, Nicholas, Liam, Gage, Wayne Junior, Hayden, Aria, Maddie, Alexis, Skyler, Ryker and Adalee; and his siblings, Vera (Greg), Melinda and Keith. He is also survived by many in-laws, nieces, nephews and friends.
As expressions of sympathy, donations may be made to the Canadian Diabetes Association or U.H.K.F. (Kingston General Hospital Renal Unit), in Wayne's memory.
