He was predeceased by: his parents, Azel Thompson and Adeline Thompson; his daughter Jennifer Pacheco (Dennis); and his siblings, Joe Thompson (Hazel), Bernadine Withers (Everett), Edith MacDonald (Ross), Marion Tousignant (Russ), Noreen Hubble (Don), David Thompson (Dianne), Joan Galt (Robert) and Milton Thompson (Karyn).

He is survived by: his spouse Johanna Thompson of Bath; and his child Cheryl Thompson (Chris Cole) of Newburgh.
