She is survived by: her husband Kent Fredenburgh; her brother Doug Andrews (Lois); her stepsons, Jeffrey (Cynthia) and Shaun (Jodi); her grandchildren, David, James, Maxwell, Kael, Kaden and Jace; her niece Krista (Ted); her nephew Ryan (Deana); her great-nieces, Scarlett and Lilli; and her pet Panda.

Contributions in memory of Bonnie can be made to the UHKF Cancer Centre Kingston and/or the Canadian Cancer Society.

“Dear Kent and family, We were so upset when we heard of Bonnie's passing. She was already teaching at Corsair when Bill became principal there and he remembers what a wonderful teacher she was. Bonnie had the same impact on me when I joined the school with the inception of French Immersion. She always had such creative ideas and funny stories to put smiles on our faces! I feel fortunate that I got to see you both not that long ago, even though it was another sad occasion. My deepest condolences.”
