He was predeceased by: his close friends, Sonny Paul and Mervin Olsheski. He is survived by: his wife Cathy; his children, Cassandra, Kati and Grant (Taryn); his grandchildren, Wesley, Cole, Zach, Harrison, Benny and Quinn; his pet Copper; his siblings, Tony, Ed (Pat) and Doreen Gutoskie (Ronnie); his aunt Sally; and his caregiver Karen Dolling.
Visitation was held on Friday, March 21st 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Heubner Funeral Home (43 Stafford St, Barry's Bay, ON K0J1B0). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Hedwig Roman Catholic Church (35 Karol Wojtyla Square, Barry's Bay, ON K0J1B0).
