He was loved and cherished by many people including: his siblings, Gertie Leahy, Desmond Kuiack, Tony Kuiack (Mary) and Leonard Kuiack (Irene); his parents, Paul Kuiack and Tessie Kuiack; and his siblings, Evelyn Leblanc, Edward Kuiack and Winfred Kuiack.
Donations can be made in his name to St Francis Valley Healthcare Foundation in support of Hospice/Palliative Care Services.
