He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Florian Cybulski and Mary Elizabeth Omernik; and his niece Anita McGrath. He is survived by: his sister Frances Ann Coulas (Percy); his nieces, Barbara Luckovitch and Margaret Goodhue; and his caregivers, Deborah, Mike Palubeskie, Diane and Eddie Etmankski. He is also survived by extended family, friends.
