He was predeceased by: his wife Lauretta Dubé of Sudbury, ON; his parents, James Sullivan and Mary Sullivan (Dooner); and his siblings, Everett (Mabel), Leonard, Marcella (Ken) and Marie (Ernest).
He is survived by: his daughter Pauline Smith of Sudbury, ON; his grandson Danny Blais of Sudbury, ON; and his brother Greg Sullivan Barry (Teresa). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
