She was predeceased by: her sons, Michael and Christopher Chapeskie; her parents, Bernard Gutoskie and Mary Gutoskie; and her siblings, Gerard, Cecil, Leonard and Theresa Gutoskie.
She is survived by: her husband Anthony Chapeskie (Tony); her son Mark Chapeskie (Jen); her grandchildren, Isaac and Katie; and her siblings, Rita Gauthier and Basil Gutoskie.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the MV Hospice Palliative Care or St. Hedwig's Roman Catholic Church Building Fund.
