He is survived by: his children, Elaine Ashfield (Stephen), Rose Marie (Alex Coll), Janie Smith (Peter), Andrew (Lynn Strack) and Edmund Jr. Dear; and his grandchildren, Cameron, Hayden, Connor, Ben, Adam, Reilly, Emily and Nick.
