He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Packer and Hilda Packer; his siblings, Walter and Janice Lyons; and his wife Mary Ann Packer (Verhoski).
He is survived by: his daughter Pam (Trevor); his grandchildren, Brian and Angela (Michael); and his great grandchild Colton.
Charles has requested in lieu of flowers, donations to the Madawaska Valley Palliative Hospice would be greatly appreciated .
