He is survived by: his spouse Shirley Ann; his daughters, Andrea Cohen (Geoff) and Sarah Parchewsky (Michael); his grandchildren, Finley, Isla, Grier Cohen, Sydney George, Maya and Alina Parchewsky; and his siblings, Elaine Gardiner (Peter), Cecil Puddicombe (Jackie), Rudolf Puddicombe, Basil Puddicombe (Pramela), Kenneth Puddicombe (Rohini), Jean Tiwari (Arjune) and Grenville Puddicombe. He is also survived by his 8 nephews and 14 nieces.

Memorial donations to the CNIB or Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
