William Balmer Obituary

We are sad to announce that on November 23, 2018, at the age of 89, William Balmer (Barrie, Ontario) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his spouse Lillian Dobson; his children, Steve (Karen), Ken (Karen) and Deb Hoselton (Joel); his stepchildren, Debra Abate (Lou) and Lynn Scott (Mark); his grandchildren, Steven, Robert, Ashley, Tonya, Daryl (Kayla) and Michelle (Andy); and his great grandchildren, Rileigh, Paighton, Skylar, Abree, Tessa and Brooks.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Salvation Army would be greatly appreciated by the family.
