She was predeceased by: her husband Harmon "David" Hall; her sons, Ben and Kevin; her parents, Robert Crook and Mary Crook; and her siblings, Theresa, Bill, Helen, Rose, Mary, Bob, Joe and Frances.
She is survived by: her children, Douglas, Tina, Candy, Lori and Janet; her grandchildren, Jason, Ashley, James, Lauren (Chad), Lindsay (Kyle), Morgan (Ryan), Marcus, Jacob and Brianna; and her siblings, Thelma and Patrick (Tim). She is also survived by her many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
