It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Toni Dawn Milligan (Barrie, Ontario), who passed away on February 16, 2024, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Murray Warren and Donna Warren; and her brothers, Greg Warren Barry Brown, Reg Brown and Will.
She is survived by: her brothers, Rodney Warren (Tammara) of Elmwood, ONT and Glenn Brown (Brenda Laughlin) of Napanee, ONT.. She is also survived by her brothers-in-law and sisters in law as well as many nieces.
