He was predeceased by: his sister Shirley (George). He is survived by: his wife June; his children, Richard (Kelly), Pattie (Jamie) and Leslie; and his stepgrandchildren, Jessica (Brad) and Cody (Shay). He is also survived by his brother and sister in laws and many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations in loving memory of Thomas to Royal Victoria Hospital would be appreciated.
