It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Terence Victor Pragnell (Barrie, Ontario), who passed away on September 3, 2023, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Sheila; his children, Jacqueline Pragnell, Neil Pragnell (Karen) and Jennifer Pragnell; his grandchildren, Siraj, Aminah, Malik, Ethan, Ella, Carter and Lauren; and his siblings, Lynda, John, Elaine, Dave and Ken. He was also cherished by many extended family members and dear friends.
