She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Hord and Nettie Hord; her siblings, Jack Jr and Marguerite; and her brother-in-law Leonard.

She is survived by: her significant other Gary Thirsk; her children, Rick (Shona) of Ottawa, Kerri (Curt) of St. Thomas, Sherri (Jason) of Barrie and Lee (Reg) of London; her sibling Jim Hord (Jean); and her siblings-in-law, Miriam, Jim Thirsk and Sharon Thirsk.
