She was predeceased by: her parents, Sarah Edward and Charles Edward; her siblings, Margaret Coyle (Ed) and Charles "Chuck" Edward (Camilla); and her sister-in-law Mary Brett (John "Jack" Mitchinson).

She is survived by: her children, David (Ann), Kathy Mitchinson (Tim Harrison), Lori Mitchinson-Bailey (Joseph) and Geoff (Nicola); her grandchildren, Jaime Mitchinson, Scott Mitchinson (Heather), Scott Macdonald (Jennifer Lloyd), Laura Macdonald (Ashley Hardes), Marla Bailey-Viscoff (Paul Viscoff) and Mitchell Bailey (Mike Giordani); her great grandchildren, Mason, Madison, Isla, Mackenzie, Jax, Forest, Dorian and Blair; her sisters-in-law, Barb Tyrrell (Jack) and Dorothy Haughton (John Lucking); her sister Mary-Louise Julian; and her husband Jack. She is also survived by her many nieces and nephews.
